Welcome to Belmar
Belmar chalet was named after and by the original owners. In fact, the cottage has been completely renovated to today’s standards, but still maintains the original Spruce Wood flooring on the main floor and in the loft. Also original to the cottage is the breathtaking stone fireplace, with a new wood stove. Cozy up by the fire and enjoy ‘smores or hot chocolate on a cold wintery night.
As you open the front door you will find a welcoming foyer with hooks to hang your coats and a bench to hold your bags, with a direct sight line to the lake.
There are stairs leading up to the loft where you will find the Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed and its own private bathroom with a full tub and shower. In this area there is also smart TV and a double bed. This is a great space for kids and teens alike, you can add air mattresses here for extra kids or put a crib here for the little ones.
On the main floor you will find two bedrooms with Queen Beds. A full bathroom with tub and shower. A very large living room with Stone Fireplace, the kitchen and dining room and the laundry space.
The kitchen has been lovingly updated with a beautiful marble backsplash, new cabinets, quartz counter tops and a heated floor with state of the art stainless steel appliances. There is also a seven foot long Island with a granite countertop, drink fridge and 6 stools. It’s a great spot for breakfast or lunch while looking out the two six by six foot windows onto the lake beyond.
The dining room has the most spectacular view of the lake. We like to call it the million dollar view. You’ll find a very large dining room table with 8 chairs to host family dinners.
Outside, there is a beautiful lighted staircase guiding your way down to the deck and the dock. We keep an umbrella for shade on the deck and a patio table and chairs so you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner there.
