Upon your departure, please send a quick text to let me know when you are getting ready to leave and kindly make sure that:
All the lights are turned off, including out door lighting. If you put all the dimmers up, it will be easier to see which lights are still on. Also the lights inside the kitchen cabinets and over the stove, can be difficult to see during the day, so please make sure those are turned off as well.
The windows are closed and locked.
The heat is turned down to 19.5 degrees.
The heated floor in the kitchen is also turned down to 19.5 degrees.
The patio door is closed and the security bar is lowered.
Please also, close the fireplace glass door.
Please fill and run the dishwasher.
Please take all your food with you, please don’t leave any food on the counters or inside the pantries.
Please make sure the coffee maker & coffee grounds have been emptied.
Please place the garbage and any recycling in the bins by the garage.
Please leave the beds unmade and place any wet or dirty towels on the beds or in the bathtub.
Please reconnect the cameras, one on top of the TV and the one on the island should be facing the front door.
Please lock the front door and return the key to the lockbox and scramble the code.
